By listening to the market and innovating in 2001, we help pioneer Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) in a multi-tenant/VoIP offering - although at that time it was better known as OnDemand. Through hard work, perseverance and, a little luck we overcame great odds against the very large and established “old guard”.
As adoption of CCaaS continues to grow at tremendous rates, new challenges present themselves by ways of new or better communication channels and customer needs.
As a result, in 2012, we developed a mobile engagement platform that allowed companies to service and support their customers through their CCaaS infrastructure across mobile platforms and devices.
Over the past couple of years, customers that have already implemented and are taking advantage of the benefits of CCaaS infrastructures for their enterprises came to us searching for better ways to deliver on the promise of a relevant, timely and dynamic customer experience.
